GRIZZLY SUMMER CAMP IS COMING TO ST MARY’S KINDERGARTEN!
Summer is a time for children to be outside, playing and enjoying the great outdoors. In Hanoi, however, being outside in the summer can be hot and uncomfortable for young children. Grizzly Summer Camp is the perfect balance of outdoor time and indoor activities, to allow children to experience the fun of camping in the summer. Packed full of STEM, art, music, cooking, sports and language lessons in English and Korean, our camping-themed summer camp will engage children in activities related to camping, fishing, hiking, stargazing and much more. Throughout the day, children will build confidence, teamwork and problem-solving skills that will help them at home and during the school year, all while having fun!
CAMP HIGHLIGHTS
- Professional Teachers: Native English & Korean-speaking teachers with Vietnamese teaching assistants
- Activities: STEAM, Art, Music, Cooking, Sports, English, and Korean (Polar Class Only)
- Language: English (Primarily) / Korean (Language Support)
- Special Events: Students will have one field trip and a graduation ceremony in each session
CAMP SCHEDULE:
Grizzly Summer Camp is offered in two sessions. Families can sign up for Session 1, Session 2 or both sessions. Activities will vary between sessions to keep campers engaged.
Session 1: 26th June – 7th July, Monday – Friday: 9:00 am – 3:00 pm
Session 2: 10th July – 21st July, Monday – Friday: 9:00 am – 3:00 pm
CLASSES BY AGE:
- Grizzly Class for students born in 2017, max 20 students per class.
- Pizzly Class for students born in 2018, max 20 students per class.
- Polar Class for students born in 2019, max 15 students per class.
Registration Deadline: 2 June 2023
Bus Transportation and Lunch are included in the camp fee.
