Making Chung Cake at St. Mary’s Kindergarten

Our Kindergarten students embraced the Tet spirit by making chung cake. Guided by teachers and school staff, they layered sticky rice, mung beans, and pork into banana leaves, learning the process behind this cherished tradition.
This hands-on activity brought Vietnamese culture to life, fostering teamwork, creativity, and gratitude, all while filling the air with the aroma of chung cake.
