We are thrilled to invite you to participate in the upcoming SUMMER FEST 2024 at St. Mary’s International School! This exciting event on Saturday, 11 May, from 10:00 am – 4:00 pm, will be a vibrant celebration of Summer and a wonderful opportunity to showcase your unique products and services to a diverse international community.

What We Offer:
- Free Admission: Vendors do NOT need to pay any fee to join. However, we will collect a 1.5 million VND refundable deposit to ensure attendance and compliance. Deposits will be returned in full if you attend the event, return all materials in their original state, and follow the event guidelines. We have limited spots available, so early registration is recommended.
- High Foot Traffic: A vibrant and well-attended event with a guaranteed audience.
- Promotion and Marketing: Pre-event promotion through school channels and social media.
Application Process:
We encourage you to apply by 30 April 2024. Please submit the following:
- Read our guidelines for vendors.
- Completed vendor application form
- Brief description of your business and products/services
- Photos of your products/booth setup (optional)
- We will confirm your registration via email after receipt of your Google form and deposit transfer.
